A journal spread from Vancouver. I was drawing with Vancouver Urban Sketchers at 2pm for a couple of hours. When the session ended, Sigrid and I went looking for new spots to draw. Dinner & drawing in Rocky Mountain Flatbread Co. was great, and the pizzas were good. They had a large pizza oven. … Continue reading Vancouver Pizza

Being a very cold day, we stays indoors but we could see parts of the view of downtown and the mountains. I chose to capture some of the … Continue reading Drawing with Vancouver USKers
I was tempted to buy food from the food trucks, but that would mean eating on a bench outdoors. I couldn’t imagine that I would enjoy a meal much in the cold, even if it is very delicious. Hence, I have opted to eat indoors so far. I guess I just have to come back … Continue reading Vancouver food truck
The view of Arbutus Cafe on 6th Avenue and Arbutus Street. This is a quiet area between 2 busy roads – 4th Avenue and Broadway – both 2 blocks away, north and south.
Looking out of Starbucks on the corner of Thurlow and Davie Streets – can you see that they are rainbow flags?
