The Christmas and New Year break was over quickly. Here in Australia, it’s summer so being outdoors is really lovely, not to mention a good way to catch up with others in the current pandemic. My friends and I got together one lovely sunny Sunday, and we went to paint by the water. Here are … Continue reading Sketching on location

I have missed plein air painting with my group of friends but I have kept painting - sometimes with one other friend around my neighbourhood and other times, in the studio. On a positive note, I have found a number of scenes around … Continue reading Painting around the neighbourhood
Online Print Shop
I started a online print shop on Redbubble. I am slowly scanning and uploading artwork onto the site. There will be lots of work for wall art and greeting cards😃. Love to know what you think, if you have time to visit my online shop.
Virtual travelling and sketching

Exhibition at Studio Kura, Itoshima
I found this post in my draft folder and have forgotten about it! It was a year ago and how quickly time has flown! My artist residency at Studio Kura finally came to an end after 2 months in Japan in June and July 2019. It was a wonderful and fruitful time. I had an … Continue reading Exhibition at Studio Kura, Itoshima
Melbourne’s Royal Botanic Gardens
These were completed before the pandemic when I was still able to visit and paint in the gardens.
Art before breakfast
