Melbourne Urban Sketchers is having a unique exhibition in a glass cube in Melbourne Central right now until next starting Tuesday, 26 May 2015.
We sketched in Melbourne Central last weekend, and submitted works are placed in a cube. Here I was looking at the glass cube in the picture above. The sketches are mounted on black cardboards and attached to ropes running diagonally across the walls of the cube.

and the second piece was completed while having a yummy hot chocolate at Max Brenner Chocolate Bar. Sketching and chocolate – that’s the life!
Melbourne Central gave us tote bags. I have found a great use for it as a canvas. Here is a view of Lonsdale St from the centre (below).
